摘要
探讨了外科合并糖尿病患者的换药综合性护理实施效果。选取2021年1月-2021年12月期间洮南市万宝镇中心医院收入的74例外科合并糖尿病换药患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机法将其分为两组,即观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37)。两组患者换药期间分别进行综合性护理、一般护理,比较两组患者焦虑情绪、配合度、伤口愈合情况、血糖水平等。研究发现,综合性护理干预在外科合并糖尿病患者换药护理中表现出了显著的应用优势,可减轻患者的焦虑水平,提升其配合度,从而能够缩短其伤口愈合时间,提升愈合效果,同时利于促进患者的血糖控制。
To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care for surgical patients with diabetes.From January 2021 to December 2021,74 surgical patients with diabetes who received dressing changes from Taonan Wanbao Town Central Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to simple random method,namely,the observation group(n=37)and the control group(n=37).During dressing change,the two groups received comprehensive nursing and general nursing respectively,and compared their anxiety,cooperation,wound healing,blood glucose level,etc.The study found that comprehensive nursing intervention showed significant application advantages in dressing change nursing of surgical patients with diabetes,which could reduce the anxiety level of patients,improve their cooperation,thus shortening the wound healing time,improving the healing effect,and promoting the blood sugar control of patients.
