腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Proximal Fibular Osteotomy on Knee Osteoarthritis

研究了近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。选取文安县医院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的60例膝关节骨关节炎患者作为对象,将其随机分为两组,观察组30例,对照组30例,分别采取腓骨近端截骨术方式、传统治疗方式,分析对比两组各项指标。研究发现,腓骨近端截骨术治疗膝关节骨关节炎具有显著疗效,改善患者预后。

To study the effect of proximal osteotomy on knee osteoarthritis.We selected 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Wen’an Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as subjects,and randomly divided them into two groups,30 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group.They were treated with proximal fibular osteotomy and traditional treatment respectively,and analyzed and compared the indicators of the two groups.Therefore,proximal fibular osteotomy has a significant effect on knee osteoarthritis and improves the prognosis of patients.
