健康管理背景下浦兴社区65岁以上高血压患者定制化健康体检的肾病筛查效果分析

Nephrosis Screening of Hypertension Patients Aged 65 Years and over in Puxing Community through Customized Health Examination under the Background of Health Management

研究分析了健康管理背景下浦兴社区65岁以上高血压患者的肾病发生情况,探究定制化健康体检的临床价值。选取2021年1月—12月浦兴社区100例65岁以上高血压患者为研究对象,均实施常规体检,检测所有患者尿微量白蛋白/肌酐的值,完善定制化健康体检方案,结合患者实际情况实施健康管理,分析管理效果。研究发现,通过检测高血压患者尿微量白蛋白/肌酐水平,筛查肾病,规范健康体检方案,有助于控制疾病。

This study analyzed the incidence of kidney disease in hypertension patients over 65 years old in Puxing Community under the background of health management,and explored the clinical value of customized physical examination.From January 2021 to December 2021,100 hypertensive patients over 65 years old in Puxing Community were selected as the research objects.Routine physical examination was carried out to detect the value of microalbumin/creatinine in urine of all patients,improve the customized health examination scheme,implement health management in combination with the actual situation of patients,and analyze the management effect.The study found that the detection of microalbumin/creatinine levels in urine of hypertensive patients,screening of kidney disease,and standardization of health examination programs are helpful to control diseases.
