苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合马来酸依那普利片治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的临床疗效研究

Clinical Observation of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets Combined with Enalapril Maleate Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension

分析了马来酸依那普利片与苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的临床疗效。随机选取河北省沧州中西医结合医院接受诊治的60例老年单纯收缩期高血压患者作为研究对象,并将患者均等分为对照组(30例)、实验组(30例)。对照组应用单一的苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,实验组应用马来酸依那普利片与苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合治疗予以治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、血压控制情况、治疗前后mAlb、LVPWT水平等指标。研究发现,老年单纯收缩期高血压患者在进行治疗期间采用马来酸依那普利片与苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合治疗予以干预,能够显著减少不良反应的发生、改善患者mAlb、LVPWT水平,控制血压,临床疗效较为显著。

The clinical efficacy of enalapril maleate tablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension was analyzed.Randomly select 60 elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension diagnosed and treated in Cangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province as the research object,and divide the patients equally into 30 cases of control group and 30 cases of experimental group.The control group was treated with single amlodipine besylate tablet,and the experimental group was treated with enalapril maleate tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets.Compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions Blood pressure control,mAlb and LVPWT levels before and after treatment.The study found that the combination of enalapril maleate tablets and amlodipine besylate tablets during the treatment of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension can significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the level of mAlb and LVPWT,control blood pressure,and have a significant clinical therapeutic effect.
