快速康复外科护理对老年肝癌患者术后恢复的影响研究

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing on Postoperative Recovery of Elderly Patients with Liver Cancer

探究了快速康复外科护理对老年肝癌患者术后恢复的影响。选择2021年1月—2021年12月实施手术治疗的82例老年肝癌患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组、试验组每组各41例。对两组患者分别进行常规护理干预与快速康复外科护理干预。比较患者术后康复情况、应激反应、生活质量及并发症发生率。研究发现,在老年肝癌患者临床护理中应用快速康复外科护理可促进其术后康复,缩短其术后恢复时间,减少患者的应激反应,降低并发症风险。

To explore the influence of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the postoperative recovery of elderly patients with liver cancer.From January 2021 to December 2021,82 elderly patients with liver cancer undergoing surgical treatment were selected as study subjects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into the control group and the test group with 41 cases each.Routine nursing intervention and rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing intervention were carried out respectively.The postoperative rehabilitation,stress reaction,quality of life and complication rate were compared.The study found that the application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the clinical nursing of elderly patients with liver cancer can promote postoperative rehabilitation,shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the impact of stress on patients,and reduce the risk of complications.
