宁波地区过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿的危险因素研究

Study on Risk Factors of Children with Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis in Ningbo

探讨了宁波地区过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿的危险因素。选取宁波地区2017年4月—2022年4月收治的38例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿(HSPN组)和38例过敏性紫癜患儿(非HSPN组)作为研究对象,分析其就诊记录,分析两组患儿各指标是否存在差异,并进行logistic回归分析,以探讨上述指标与紫癜性肾炎的相关性,揭示紫癜性肾炎发生的危险因素。研究发现,宁波地区过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿发病危险因素主要有血小板增高、消化道出血、皮疹复发次数≥3次、年龄≥6岁。针对存在此类危险因素的过敏性紫癜患儿,需加强随访和病情监测,并实施有效干预,以免病情发展至肾损伤阶段。

To investigate the risk factors of children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis in Ningbo.38 children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN group)and 38 children with henoch schonlein purpura(non HSPN group)admitted in Ningbo from April 2017 to April 2022 were selected as research objects to analyze their medical records,analyze whether there are differences between the two groups’indicators,and conduct logistic regression analysis to explore the correlation between the above indicators and henoch schonlein purpura nephritis,and reveal the risk factors of henoch schonlein purpura nephritis.After analysis,it was found that the main risk factors for children with henoch schonlein purpura nephritis in Ningbo were thrombocytosis,gastrointestinal bleeding,rash recurrence≥3 times,and age≥6 years.For children with henoch schonlein purpura with such risk factors,follow-up and disease monitoring should be strengthened,and effective intervention should be implemented to prevent the disease from developing to the stage of renal injury.
