规范化护理健康教育在发热门诊患者中的应用价值分析

研究了发热门诊患者应用规范化护理健康教育的临床效果。选取2020年5月—2021年3月柳州市人民医院收治的100例发热门诊患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法将本次参与实验的对象平均分为两组(对照组和规范组),对照组患者采用常规护理模式,规范组患者采用规范化护理健康教育。比较两组患者在不同护理方式下的自我管理、生活质量、满意度、风险事件发生概率以及治疗依从性情况。通过针对发热门诊病人采取不同的护理手段,发现两组病人在自我管理、风险风险事件发生概率等多项指标对比中有明显的差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。研究发现,对发热门诊患者采用规范化护理健康教育后能够有效提高病人的依从性和健康知识知晓率,减少风险事件的发生,值得临床推广。

This study observed the clinical effect of standardized nursing health education on fever outpatients.100 fever outpatients admitted to a hospital from May 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the subjects participating in the experiment were divided into two groups(control group and standard group)by using random number table method.The control group used conventional nursing mode,and the standard group used standardized nursing health education.The self-management,quality of life,satisfaction,probability of risk events and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared under different nursing methods.By adopting different nursing methods for the fever outpatients,the two groups of patients had significant differences in self-management,probability of risk events and other indicators(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Standardized nursing health education for fever outpatients can effectively improve patients’compliance and awareness of health knowledge,reduce the occurrence of risk events,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
