肺心病并呼吸衰竭治疗中低分子量肝素钙的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Low-molecular-weight Heparin Calcium in the Treatment of Pulmonary Heart Disease with Respiratory Failure

研究了罹患肺心病且伴有呼吸衰竭的患者应用低分子量肝素钙治疗的疗效。选取2020年8月—2021年11月任丘市人民医院收治的46例患有肺心病同时伴发呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象,使用单双号随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施常规治疗的基础上加用低分子量肝素钙治疗。将组间心功能指标、动脉血气指标以及血液流变学指标改善情况展开比对。研究发现,低分子量肝素钙应用于病发肺心病伴发呼吸衰竭患者的临床治疗中,可以促进患者心肺功能状态改善,提升治疗效果,可供临床参考。

The effect of low-molecular-weight heparin calcium on patients with cor pulmonale and respiratory failure was studied.From August 2020 to November 2021,46 patients with cor pulmonale accompanied by respiratory failure who were admitted to Renqiu People’s Hospital were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group using single and double numbers.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium on the basis of conventional therapy.The improvement of cardiac function index,arterial blood gas index and hemorheology index were compared among groups.The study found that the application of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the clinical treatment of patients with cor pulmonale accompanied by respiratory failure can improve the cardiopulmonary function of patients and enhance the therapeutic effect,which can be used for clinical reference.
