戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜手术治疗对卵巢囊肿患者血清激素水平和基质血流的影响研究

Effects of Goserelin Combined with Laparoscopic Surgery on Serum Hormone Levels and Matrix Blood Flow in Patients with Ovarian Cysts

探讨了戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜手术治疗对卵巢囊肿患者血清激素水平和基质血流的影响。选取宁晋县中西医结合医院收治的120例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组行米非司酮联合腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组行戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜手术治疗。治疗前两组促卵泡生成素、促性腺激素、雌二醇水平差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后观察组促卵泡生成素、促性腺激素水平、雌二醇低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,治疗后观察组舒张末期最低血流速度、收缩期峰值高于对照组(P<0.05);其生理状态、精神活力、家庭生活、社会功能评分也有所提高(P<0.05)。研究发现,戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜手术治疗可有效改善卵巢囊肿患者的血清激素水平和基质血流指标,提高患者生活质量和疾病治疗效果,值得在临床中广泛应用。

To investigate the effect of goserelin combined with laparoscopic surgery on serum hormone levels and matrix blood flow in patients with ovarian cysts.120 cases of ovarian cyst patients admitted to Ningjin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received mifepristone combined with laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group received goserelin combined with laparoscopic surgery.There was no significant difference in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,gonadotropin and estradiol between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,gonadotropin and estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,after treatment,the lowest end diastolic blood flow velocity and systolic peak value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of physiological status,mental vitality,family life and social function were also improved(P<0.05).It can be seen that the combination of goserelin and laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the serum hormone level and matrix blood flow indicators of patients with ovarian cysts,improve the quality of life of patients and the effect of disease treatment,which is worth extensive application in clinical practice.
