精细化护理运用于手术室麻醉护理中的价值

The Value of Fine Nursing in Anesthesia Nursing in Operating Room

探究了精细化护理理念在手术时护理中的应用价值。选取威海市立医院2020年1月—2021年1月期间收治的行术前麻醉患者作为研究对象,随机采集数据80例(n=80)。以患者麻醉期间护理方案为分组依据,分为等数两组,记作常规护理组(应用标准化护理程序)与精细护理组(应用精细护理程序),观察患者围麻醉期各项指标。经过观察,在围麻醉期护理指标中,精细护理组患者睁眼周期、恢复主动呼吸周期以及握拳周期更短(P<0.05);麻醉后精细化护理组患者心率与动脉血压等指征更低;精细护理组患者焦虑、躁动评分更低,同时其镇静效果评分更高(P<0.05)。由此可知,精细护理的介入使得患者具备较高麻醉安全性,保证了患者麻醉效果和手术进程的顺利开展,值得推广应用。

The application value of fine nursing concept in operation nursing was analyzed.The patients who received preoperative anesthesia in Weihai Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were included in the study,and 80 cases(n=80)were randomly collected.The patients were divided into two equal groups based on the nursing plan during anesthesia,which were recorded as the routine nursing group(using standardized nursing procedures)and the fine nursing group(using fine nursing procedures),and the indexes of patients during the perioperative anesthesia were observed.It was observed that in the perioperative nursing indicators,the period of opening eyes,resuming active breathing and fist holding were shorter in the intensive care group(P<0.05);The indications of heart rate and arterial blood pressure were lower in the fine nursing group after anesthesia;The score of anxiety and restlessness in the intensive care group was lower,and the score of sedation effect was higher(P<0.05).It can be seen from this that the intervention of fine nursing makes patients have a high degree of anesthesia safety,and ensures the smooth development of patients’anesthesia effect and operation process,so it is worth promoting.
