腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术室护理干预效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Intervention Effect in Operating Room of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

探讨了在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中应用手术室护理模式干预的效果。选取2020年12月-2021年12月宜宾市第二人民医院收治的58例择期实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者作为研究对象。根据奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用手术室护理干预,然后对比两组患者护理效果。研究发现,负面情绪评分、不良反应发生率,观察组最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后GCQ评分、SF-36评分、护理满意度,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,采用手术室护理模式干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者效果显著,值得临床应用。

This paper discusses the effect of the application of operating room nursing mode in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.From December 2020 to December 2021,58 patients selected for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the Second People's Hospital of Yibin were selected as the study subjects.According to the parity method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group used operating room nursing intervention.Then the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The study found that the observation group had the lowest negative emotion score and adverse reaction rate,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After nursing,GCQ score,SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the intervention of operating room nursing mode had significant effect on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy and was worthy of clinical application.
