心理护理与健康教育在胆囊炎患者护理中的应用及对生活质量的影响研究

Application of Psychological Nursing and Health Education in the Nursing of Patients with Cholecystitis and its Influence on Quality of Life

分析了心理护理与健康教育在胆囊炎患者护理中的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。选取2020年7月-2021年12月甘肃省临夏市人民医院收治的70例胆囊炎患者作为研究样本。采用随机数字表法将70例样本等分为常规组与研究组,其中常规组实施常规护理干预,研究组实施心理护理与健康教育干预,之后分析各组之间的护理效果。研究结果显示,研究组患者的护理效果优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者的生活质量较高(P<0.05);研究组患者的心理状态得到显著改善(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。表明在为胆囊炎患者进行护理时采用心理护理与健康教育进行干预,可以改善患者的各项临床指标,应用效果显著,且对提升患者的生活质量具有积极影响。

The effect of psychological nursing and health education on the quality of life of patients with cholecystitis was analyzed.From July 2020 to December 2021,70 patients with cholecystitis admitted to The People's Hospital of Linxia were selected as the study samples,and 70 samples were equally divided into the conventional group and the research group by using the random number table method.The conventional group implemented the conventional nursing intervention,and the research group implemented the psychological nursing and health education intervention.Then analyze the nursing effect between groups.The results showed that the nursing effect of the study group was better than that of the conventional group(P;The quality of life of patients in the study group was higher(P<0.05);The mental state of patients in the study group was significantly improved(P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher(P<0.05).It shows that psychological nursing and health education should be used to intervene in the nursing of patients with cholecystitis,which can improve the clinical indicators of patients,with significant application effect,and has a positive impact on improving the quality of life of patients.
