经消化内镜治疗胃十二指肠出血的临床效果分析

对比分析了临床治疗胃十二指肠出血过程中,采取经消化内镜治疗的效果。选取2020年6月—2021年6月东营市利津县中心医院收治的76例胃十二指肠出血患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案将所有研究对象等分为参照组和研究组两组。其中参照组实施内镜下注射止血治疗,研究组实施消化内镜下氩离子凝固术止血治疗,观察不同方案对患者的治疗效果。研究发现,临床治疗胃十二指肠出血的过程中,采取消化内镜治疗能够起到较好的效果,而相对于内镜下注射止血法来说,内镜下氩离子凝固术的应用能够更好的起到止血的作用,缩短手术治疗的用时,同时能够更好地保证患者的预后效果,降低患者出现并发症等不良情况的概率,提升患者生活质量,有临床应用价值。

The effects of endoscopic treatment on gastroduodenal bleeding were compared and analyzed.76 patients with gastroduodenal bleeding who were admitted to the Central Hospital of Lijin from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment plan,all the study subjects were equally divided into the reference group and the study group.Among them,the reference group was treated with endoscopic injection for hemostasis,and the research group was treated with argon ion coagulation under digestive endoscopy for hemostasis.The therapeutic effects of different schemes on patients were observed.The study found that in the process of clinical treatment of gastroduodenal bleeding,endoscopic treatment can play a better role.Compared with endoscopic injection hemostasis,endoscopic argon coagulation can play a better role in hemostasis,shorten the time of surgical treatment,better ensure the prognosis of patients,reduce the probability of complications and other adverse conditions,and improve the quality of life of patients,It has clinical application value.
