分析了CRRT血液净化技术治疗败血症休克中实施全程精细化护理的临床价值。以广元市精神卫生中心收治的42例败血症休克患者作为研究对象,将其等分为两组。比对组有患者21例,实施常规护理服务;分析组有患者21例,开展全程精细化护理对策;比对两组不同方案的护理效果。数据表明,分析组患者的治疗依从性高于比对组,心理状态评分高于比对组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于比对组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的C反应蛋白与氧合指数指标对比,无差异性(P>0.05);护理后,分析组患者C反应蛋白高于比对组,氧合指数指标低于比对组(P<0.05)。同时,分析组患者的护理质量高于比对组(P<0.05)。研究发现,全程精细化护理具有高效、科学及可行性高等优势,可降低患者不良反应发生率,提高患者治疗积极性与依从性。

To analyze the clinical value of CRRT blood purification technology in the treatment of septic shock.Forty two patients with septic shock admitted to Guangyuan Mental Health Center were divided into two groups.There were 21 patients in the control group who received routine nursing care;There were 21 patients in the analysis group,who carried out the whole process fine nursing strategy;Compare the nursing effects of two different schemes.The data showed that the treatment compliance of patients in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group,the psychological status score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no difference between C reactive protein and oxygenation index between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing,the C-reactive protein of patients in the analysis group was higher than that in the control group,and the oxygenation index was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing quality of the patients in the analysis group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.and 05).It can be seen that the whole process fine nursing has the advantages of high efficiency,science and feasibility,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the enthusiasm and compliance of patients.
