特色中医护理干预对胸痹患者的临床效果探究

Clinical Effect of Special TCM Nursing Intervention on Patients with Chest Paralysis

探究了胸痹患者采用特色中医护理干预的临床效果。选取云南省中医医院于2019年4月—2020年12月收治的220例患者为研究对象,将研究对象按照随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各110例,其中对照组处理方案为传统护理,观察组实施特色中医护理方案,对比两组护理满意度及患者各项生活质量评分情况。经过比较发现,观察组的满意度数据评估结果优于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量各项指标也高于对照组(P<0.05)。由此可知,对胸痹患者采用特色中医护理方式进行干预,可有效提高患者生活质量,同时也在一定程度上提升护理水平,具有临床价值。

To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention with characteristic Chinese medicine for patients with chest arthralgia.220 patients admitted to Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The research objects were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 110 patients in each group.The treatment scheme of the control group was traditional nursing,and the characteristic traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme was the observation group.The nursing satisfaction and the quality of life scores of the patients in the two groups were compared.Through comparison,it was found that the evaluation results of satisfaction data in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the indicators of quality of life were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that the intervention of chest arthralgia patients with characteristic Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and also improve the nursing level to a certain extent,which has clinical nursing value.
