Research on Professional Quality Education for College Students of Application-oriented Undergraduate University in The New Era

基于对新时代应用型本科高校大学生职业素养教育现状的分析,明确了新时代大学生职业素养教育的重要意义和存在的问题。树立“立德树人”总目标,构建“政治素养提升、专业素养提升、心理素养提升和人格素养提升”为手段的大学生职业素养“四提升”教育策略,为应用型本科高校培养德学兼修、德才兼备的高素质人才提供新的借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the current situation of the professional quality education of college students in application-oriented universities in the new era,this paper clarifies the significance and problems of the professional quality education of college students in the new era.Set up the general goal of"establishing morality and cultivating people",and build the"four promotion"education strategy for college students’professional quality by means of"improving political quality,professional quality,psychological quality and personality quality",which provides new reference for application-oriented undergraduate universities to cultivate high-quality talents with both morality and learning and both ability and morality.
