“专创融合”视角下应用型高校育人模式优化探究 被引量:4

摘要 专创融合教育是在社会发展面临新形势、新任务的背景下应时而生的新的育人模式,能为创新型国家建设培养大批具有创新能力的高质量人才。文章以应用型高校德州学院为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,总结当前创新创业和专业教育的融合现状,并分析其融合不足的原因。结合应用型高校实际,提出构建包含“专业设计—课程体系—专创师资—实践平台—制度机制”在内的专创融合全过程育人体系,为应用型高校促进“专业+双创”复合型创新人才培养路径的优化提供借鉴。 Integration of specialty and innovation education is a new education model that should be born in time against the background of new situation and tasks in social development. It can cultivate a large number of high-quality talents with innovative ability for the construction of innovation-oriented country. Taking applied university(Dezhou University), as the research object, the paper summarized the current integration of specialty and innovation by means of questionnaire survey, and analyzed the reasons for the lack of integration. Combined with the actual situation of application-oriented university, it was proposed to construct a whole-process education system of integration of specialty and innovation, including“professional education-curriculum systemprofessional teachers-practice platform-system mechanism”. It can provide experience for application-oriented universities to promote the optimization of talent training path for“specialty+ entrepreneurship and innovation”compound innovative.
