中药炮制方式的临床治疗效果及不良反应研究

Discussion on the Influence of Processing Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Clinical Therapeutic Effects and Adverse Reactions

探讨了中药炮制方式对临床治疗效果及不良反应的影响。选取2020年12月—2021年12月汉寿县中医医院收治的行中药炮制的中药治疗的200例患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽样分组法将其分为两个独立小组。参照组(n=100)患者应用未经过炮制的中药药物进行治疗,炮制组(n=100)患者应用经过炮制的药物进行治疗。分析两组患者治疗后的遵医行为评分、治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、患者对治疗服务的满意度。研究发现,应用中药炮制药物对患者进行治疗,能够提升治疗效果,减少不良反应发生风险,提高患者对治疗服务的满意度,推荐使用。

The influence of the processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine on the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reactions was discussed.200 patients who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in Hanshou Country Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two independent groups according to the random sampling grouping method.Patients in the reference group(n=100)were treated with drugs not processed by traditional Chinese medicine,and patients in the processing group(n=100)were treated with drugs processed.The scores of compliance behavior,the total effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,and the satisfaction of patients with treatment services were analyzed.The study found that when treating patients with traditional Chinese medicine,the use of traditional Chinese medicine concocted drugs can improve the treatment effect,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,improve patients’satisfaction with treatment services,and is recommended.
