西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium

分析了西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的临床价值。选取平邑县中医医院2018年9月—2020年9月收治的104例炎症患者作为研究对象,研究前使用随机数字表法将其等分为两组,组别名称为参照组、实验组。参照组患者应用常规抗炎手段进行治疗,实验组患者应用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行治疗,分析各组患者治疗效果、不良反应情况、炎症因子水平、炎症消退时间。研究发现,通过合理应用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠,可明显降低患者不良反应、抑制炎症因子水平,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical value of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium was analyzed.104 patients with inflammation who were admitted to Pingyi Country Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.Before the study,they were divided into two groups by random number table.The group names were reference group and experimental group.The patients in the reference group were treated with conventional anti-inflammatory methods,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors,and time of inflammation resolution of the patients in each group were analyzed.The study found that the rational use of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium can significantly reduce adverse reactions,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
