老年人微创手术麻醉并发症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Anesthesia Complications in Elderly Patients Undergoing Minimally Invasive Surgery

分析了老年患者在接受麻醉手术后并发症的发生风险。以榆林市靖边县人民医院2020年3月—2022年3月诊疗的123例微创手术麻醉老年患者作为研究对象,依照盲选法将其划分为全麻组(n=41,行全身麻醉微创手术)、硬膜外麻醉组(n=41,行硬膜外麻醉微创手术)、硬膜外麻醉+全麻组(n=41,行硬膜外麻醉+全麻微创手术),比较分析3组患者微创手术麻醉并发症情况。研究发现,老年患者有较高的手术麻醉及并发症发生风险,微创术前需充分对患者进行实际评估并做好相应的手术准备,依据患者病程进展与手术情况,为患者选取最适合的麻醉方法与药品,正确评估临床麻醉手术治疗可能伴随产生的并发症,使老年患者能够安全进行微创麻醉手术。

The risk of complications in elderly patients undergoing anesthesia operation was analyzed.Taking 123 elderly patients under minimally invasive surgery anesthesia diagnosed and treated in Jingbian Country People’s Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 as research objects,they were divided into general anesthesia group(n=41,general anesthesia minimally invasive surgery),epidural anesthesia group(n=41,epidural anesthesia minimally invasive surgery),epidural anesthesia+general anesthesia group(n=41,epidural anesthesia+general anesthesia minimally invasive surgery)according to blind selection method,The anesthesia complications of minimally invasive surgery in three groups were compared and analyzed.The study found that the elderly patients have a high risk of surgical anesthesia and complications.Before minimally invasive surgery,it is necessary to fully evaluate the patients and make corresponding surgical preparations.According to the progress of the patient’s disease and the surgical situation,select the most appropriate anesthesia methods and drugs for the patients,and accurately evaluate the complications that may accompany clinical anesthesia surgery,so that the elderly patients can safely perform minimally invasive anesthesia surgery.
