妊娠期高血压疾病的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the effect of obstetric treatment of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy

研究了妊娠期高血压疾病的产科治疗措施以及治疗效果。选取100例妊娠期高血压综合征患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,对照组采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平进行治疗;观察组在此基础上,联合低分子肝素进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,观察组的治疗总有效率、收缩压与舒张压改善程度、妊娠结果优于对照组;新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。由此可见,针对妊娠期高血压患者应用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平及低分子肝素治疗,可以有效改善血压,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Obstetric treatment of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy and its effects were studied.A total of 100 patients with hypertension syndrome during pregnancy were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into two groups,control group and observation group,according to the random number table method,and the control group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.The results showed that the overall response rate of treatment in the observation group;systolic and diastolic blood pressure;pregnancy outcomes;The incidence of neonatal complications was better than that of control patients(P<0.05).It can be seen that the treatment of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine and low molecular weight heparin in patients with hypertension during pregnancy can effectively improve blood pressure,and the effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
