以“萨提亚模式”为核心的团体干预对老年脑卒中患者负性情绪、社交行为及生活质量的影响

Influence of group intervention centered on"Satir model"on negative emotion,social behavior and quality of life in elderly stroke patients

目的探讨以“萨提亚模式”为核心的团体干预对老年脑卒中患者负性情绪、社交行为及生活质量的影响。方法采用便利抽样法选取居家康复的59例老年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(29例)。对照组行常规社区护理,观察组在常规社区护理的基础上行为期6周的“萨提亚模式”团体干预。干预前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、德克萨斯社交行为问卷(TSBI)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、健康调查简表(SF-36)进行效果评价。结果干预后,与对照组相比,观察组老年脑卒中患者的SAS、SDS评分降低,TSBI、ADL、SF-36评分升高(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论以“萨提亚模式”为核心的团体干预能够改善老年脑卒中患者的负性情绪,提高其社交行为能力,提升患者生活自理能力和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of group intervention centered on"Satir model"on negative emotion,social behavior and quality of life of elderly stroke patients.Methods A total of 59 elderly stroke patients who had been rehabilitated at home were selected by convenience sampling,and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(29 cases).The control group received routine community care,and the observation group received"Satir model"group intervention for 6 weeks on the basis of routine community care.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Texas Social Behavior Inventory(TSBI),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and the Health Survey Short From(SF-36)were used to evaluate the effect before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,compared with the control group,the scores of SAS,SDS of the elderly stroke patients in the observation group decreased,and the scores of TSBI,ADL,SF-36 increased(P<0.05 or<0.01).Conclusion The group intervention centered on"Satir model"can improve the negative emotion of elderly stroke patients,improve their social behavior,self-care ability and quality of life.
