MEWS评分在老年危急重症中的应用进展

Research progress on the application of MEWS in elderly patients with emergency and critical disease

随着人口老龄化的发展,我国老年人群占比较大,老年患者因自身生理特点易发生危急重症。改良早期预警评分(MEWS)可以通过体温、呼吸、心率、收缩压和意识水平5个维度高效评估患者病情变化,做出预警。MEWS评分可以对老年危急重症患者病情进行早期评估、预后预测,以及指导临床措施的制定,可以帮助医护人员快速评估患者病情并采取措施,减少不良事件的发生,改善患者预后。

With the development of aging population,the elderly population accounts for a large proportion of Chinese,elderly patients are prone to critical and severe illness because of their physiological characteristics.The modified early warning score(MEWS)can efficiently evaluate the changes of patients'condition and make early warning through five dimensions of body temperature,respiration,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and consciousness level.MEWS score can be used for early assessment and prognosis prediction of the condition of elderly critical patients,as well as to guide the formulation of clinical measures,it was helpful for medical staff to quickly diagnose the condition of patients and take measures to reduce the occurrence of adverse events and improve the prognosis of patients.
