重大疫情暴发期间,舆情伴生,这些舆情信息数量巨大、内容杂糅、传播迅猛。在网络化、自媒体全面普及的当下,伴随重大疫情而来的舆情信息对大学生的正常认知功能、主流价值塑造、健康生活方式等均造成巨大影响。因此,在重大疫情防控中,要对大学生实施正确的舆情引导,政府、社会和学校三者应各司其职,通力协作,采取对策:政府建立权威、高效的信息发布机制和平台,社会营造有序、常态的舆情信息疏导氛围,高校建立综合、立体的舆情信息应对常态机制和方案。

During the outbreak of major epidemics,public opinion is accompanied by a huge amount of information,mixed content and rapid dissemination.With the popularization of Internet and wemedia,public opinion information accompanied by major epidemic has a great impact on college students normal cognitive function,mainstream value shaping,healthy lifestyle and so on.Therefore,in the prevention and control of major epidemics,it is necessary to implement correct public opinion guidance for college students.The government,society and schools should perform their respective duties and work together to take countermeasures:that is,the government should establish an authoritative and efficient information release mechanism and platform,the society should create an orderly and normal public opinion information counseling atmosphere,and colleges and universities should establish a comprehensive and three-dimensional public opinion information response mechanism and scheme.
