作为国家和区域创新体系的重要组成部分,研究生教育是未来我国夺取世界知识经济制高点的重要支撑。培养质量是研究生教育的生命线,实施过程管理是确保研究生培养质量的关键。在当前我国研究生教育面临跨越式发展的时代背景下,高校应从制定科学合理的培养方案,严把关键环节,加强教学管理、导师队伍建设及思想政治教育等方面入手,强化研究生培养过程管理,以期实现研究生培养质量的持续提高。

As an important part of the national and regional innovation system,graduate education is an important support for China to seize the commanding heights of the world knowledge economy in the future.Training quality is the lifeline of graduate education,and the implementation of process management is the key to ensure the quality of graduate training.Under the background of the great leap forward development of graduate education in China,colleges and universities should strengthen the management of graduate training process by formulating scientific and reasonable training programs,strictly controlling the key links,strengthening teaching management,the construction of tutor team and ideological and moral education,so as to achieve the continuous improvement of graduate training quality.
