摘要
在“人机物”三元融合的万物智能互联的时代背景下,教育网络舆情更高频率地生发,更快速化地扩散,更具有破坏性的影响。教育网络舆情受社会转型、教育改革、媒体更迭等多重因素的影响,呈现出周期性、关涉性、反复性的传播特征,具有涨落、序变、冲突、衰变的演化规律,对教育网络舆情的潜伏、爆发、扩散、反复、长尾阶段采取舆情实时监测、占领舆论阵地、优化引导布局、开展评估反思、构建舆情处置模式,化解和防范教育网络舆情,助力教育高质量发展。
In the era of "man-machine-object" integration and intelligent interconnection of all things, public opinion on education network is generated more frequently, diffused more rapidly and has more destructive impact. Influenced by multiple factors such as social transformation, educational reform, and media change, education network public opinion has the characteristics of periodicity, relevance, and repetition. It has the evolution law of fluctuation, sequence change, conflict, and decay. For the latent, explosive, diffuse, repeated, and long tail stages of Education Network public opinion, real-time monitoring of public opinion, occupation of public opinion positions, optimization of guiding layout, evaluation and reflection, and construction of public opinion disposal mode are adopted, resolve and prevent public opinion on the education network and help the high-quality development of education.
