当前,高职院校思想政治教育的现代转型往往呈现出协同育人能力的钝化、教育中知识与现实的背离、主客体关系的对立、学科之间德育与智育的分割等问题,在共同体视角下,通过培养互动共生的共同体意识,满足人的主体性的发展需要,推动多元主体协同共建,推进思政教育与专业教育交融互渗,破解碎片化和非整体性的危机,才能实现高职院校思想政治教育的高效转型。

The modern transformation of I ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges has fallen into a crisis, showing the passivation of collaborative education ability, the deviation of knowledge and reality in education, and the opposition between subject and object, the separation of moral education and intellectual education between disciplines, etc. From the perspective of community, by cultivating a sense of community that interacts and coexists, it can meet the development needs of human subjectivity, promote the collaborative construction of multiple subjects, and promote the integration of ideological and political education and professional education. Finally it can eliminate the crisis of fragmentation and non-integrationto realize the efficient transformation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
