以“中文+职业技能”为核心的高职留学生“一线五通”人才培养模式探析

人才培养模式具有一定的可迁移性和可复制性。相同条件下,不同人才培养模式培养的人才在质量和规格上会存在较大的差异。具有较强系统性、实效性和范例性的人才培养模式,对相近或相同层次院校的人才培养具有积极的促进作用。当前高职院校以“中文+职业技能”为核心的高职留学生“一线五通”人才培养模式的具有鲜明的特点、内容和实践成效,为高职院校留学生教育改革和创新提供了有益的借鉴和思考。

The talent training modes are conditionally replicable. Under the same conditions, there will be great differences in the quality of talents cultivated by different talent training modes. The talent training modes that are systematic, effective and paradigmatic play a positive role in promoting the talent training of colleges and universities at similar or the same level. the "one line and five links" talent training mode for higher vocational students with "Chinese+vocational skills" as the core in higher vocational coueges has distinctive characterstics, contents and practical resules, which provides useful references and reflections for the reform and innovation of education for foreign students in higher vocational colleges.
