摘要
以辽宁省41个县域为研究单元,以地区生产总值(GDP)作为测度县域经济发展水平的代表性指标,运用双重差分模型(DID)和倾向得分匹配(PSM-DID)模型对2000—2020年高铁开通运营影响下的辽宁省县域经济发展特征和异质性差异进行定量研究。研究表明:高铁开通对辽宁省县域经济增长具有显著推动作用,高铁开通后辽宁省县域公共服务水平、通讯发展水平和基础设施水平的提升会显著促进辽宁省县域经济发展水平的提升;高铁开通对辽宁省普通县经济发展的影响相较于县级市大。
Taking 41 counties in Liaoning Province as the research unit, the double difference model(DID) and propensity score matching(PSM-DID) model were applied to quantitatively study the economic development characteristics and heterogeneity differences of counties in Liaoning Province under the influence of the opening and operation of high-speed rail from 2000 to 2020, using gross regional product(GDP) as a representative indicator to measure the economic development level of counties. The study shows that: the opening of high-speed railway has a significant promotion effect on the economic growth of counties in Liaoning Province;the improvement of public service level, communication development level and infrastructure level of counties in Liaoning Province after the opening of high-speed railway will significantly promote the level of economic development of counties in Liaoning Province;the impact of the opening of high-speed railway on the economic development of ordinary counties in Liaoning Province is large compared with that of county-level cities.
