摘要 承德市2021年“7·13”全市平均降水量78mm,折合降水量30亿m3,多个水文站发生罕见洪水。此次暴雨具有出现早、范围广、强度大等特点,洪水具有洪峰高、洪量大等特点。探究河北省承德市“7·13”暴雨洪水的变化规律及相应特征,以“7·13”暴雨洪水为研究对象,采用统计分析的方法,对该次暴雨洪水过程的实测水文资料和暴雨洪水调查资料进行深入分析,为科学抵御暴雨洪水及防灾减灾提供科学依据。 On July 13th 2021, the Chengde city′ s average rainfall was 78mm, equivalent to 3 billion m3, and rare floods occurred in several hydrological stations. The rainstorm has the characteristics of early appearance, wide range and high intensity, and the flood has the characteristics of high flood peak and large flood volume. To explore the changing laws and corresponding characteristics of the “7·13” rainstorm and flood in Chengde City, Hebei Province, taking the “7·13”rainstorm and flood as the research object, the method of statistical analysis is used to conduct in-depth analysis of the measured hydrological data of the rainstorm and flood process and rainstorm and flood survey data, and provide a scientific basis for scientifically resisting storm floods and disaster prevention and mitigation.
