鄄城县引黄灌区量测水信息系统建设分析

Water measurement information construction in Juancheng Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area

以鄄城县引黄量测水信息化建设为例,对量测水原理、设备性能、灌区现状、方法优缺点、信息平台等进行阐述,分析存在问题,提出解决办法。对于引领灌区量测水技术,把引黄灌区打造成“旱能浇、涝能排”、按方计量收费的现代化节水灌区意义重大。

Taking the information construction of water measurement from the Yellow River in Juancheng County as an example, this paper expounds the principle, equipment requirements, current situation of irrigation area, advantages and disadvantages of methods, design of information platform, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the solutions. The results of this paper are of great significance for leading the water measurement technology of the irrigation area and building the Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area into a modern watersaving irrigation area that can be irrigated in drought and drained in flood and charged by square meter.
