Xi Jinping first clarified the top priority,value proposition,important focuses and basic requirements for strengthening the Party’s political construction when he worked in Fujian.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,he has further developed it in an all-round way,initiating new concepts and areas of adhering to the leadership of the Party,consolidating the political foundation,improving political ability,and purifying the political ecology,developing his experience from Fujian.Xi Jinping’s thought on the political construction of the Party has been steadily developed and improved from practice in Fujian to all-round implementation to form a successive and consistent unity.
