摘要
基于自我决定理论,以295名高新技术企业员工为样本进行实证研究,探讨“社交型”“放松型”“辅助型”和“福利型”工作乐趣对员工创新绩效的影响。结果表明,4种类型的工作乐趣均对员工创新绩效有显著的正向影响;内部动机在4种工作乐趣与员工创新绩效之间起中介作用;自主性支持负向调节福利型乐趣对员工内部动机的积极影响。
Based on self-determination theory,conducting an empirical study with 295 employees in high-tech enterprise as samples,the study explores the impact mechanism of the four types of workplace fun,namely“sociality-oriented”,“relaxation-oriented”,“assistant-oriented”and“welfare-oriented”,on employees’innovation performance.Results show that workplace fun of the four types have all a significant positive impact on employees’innovation performance,identified intrinsic motivation plays a mediation effect between workplace fun and innovation performance,and autonomy support moderates negatively on the relationship between welfare-oriented fun and intrinsic motivation.
