摘要
East West Theatre returns with their rendition of this classic play by Pulitzer Prize winner Arthur Miller.A retelling of the Salem Witch Trials in the Northeastern US in the late 1600s,the paranoia,hysteria and intoleranee depicted are also a nod to McCarthyism and the Jred scare/which were in full swing when Miller debuted the play in 1953.
