双元能力研究述评:热点、主题及展望——基于知识图谱的可视化分析

A Review of Ambidextrous Competence of Hot Spots,Themes and Prospects——Visualization Analysis Based on Knowledge Mapping

以CNKI数据库中双元能力的相关文献为对象,运用Citespace软件进行可视化分析,并进一步提炼双元能力相关主题进行述评。结果表明:双元能力已成为国内组织管理和创新领域的研究热点,但研究仍呈现出团队合作不足,双元能力构念和互动关系有待完善,相关变量研究深度和广度不够等问题。基于此,提出拓展学术合作网络,进一步厘清和延伸双元能力内涵和关系构成,深入探讨相关影响因素、形成机制及作用效果研究及未来展望。

Taking the related literature of ambidextrous competence in CNKI database as the object,the Cites pace software was used for visual analysis,further refining the related topics of it for comment.The results showed that issues related to ambidextrous competence had become a research hotspot in the field of domestic organization management and innovation,but the problems of insufficient teamwork,less interdisciplinary communication,ambidextrous competence construction and interactive relationships still appeared to be improved,and depth of research on related variables and breadth were insufficient.Therefore,future academic cooperative network was put forward,to further clarify and extend the meanings and constituents of ambidextrous competence,exploring deeply the future prospects of related influencing factors,formation mechanism and function effects research.
