国际人力资本、营商环境对长三角地区经济高质量发展的影响研究

Research on the Influence of International Human Capital and Business Environment on the High-Quality Economic Development of Yangtze River Delta Region

基于面板数据,分析国际人力资本对长三角地区经济高质量发展的影响机制。研究表明:国际人力资本、创新环境、法制环境、政商环境对长三角地区经济高质量发展有显著正向影响,而金融环境作用相反;国际人力资本分别与金融环境、法制环境、政商环境对长三角地区经济高质量发展的影响具有显著正向联动作用,而创新环境作用相反;环渤海经济区、泛珠三角经济区、中国整体区域与长三角经济区结果类似,较大不同之处在于政商环境具有显著负向影响,且与国际人力资本起显著负向联动作用。

Based on the panel data,this paper analyzed the impact mechanism of international human capital on the high-quality economic development of the Yangtze River Delta.The results showed that international human capital,innovation environment,legal environment and political and business environment had a significantly positive effect on the high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region,but financial environment had the negative effect on it.International human capital had the positive effect on it with finical environment,legal environment and political and business environment respectively,but international human capital and innovation environment had the negative effect on it.The Bohai Rim Economic Zone,the Pan-Pearl River Delta Economic Zone and the whole Region of China had the similar results with the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone.And the major difference of them was that the former had significant negative effect with international human capital in political and business environment.
