烟气除尘工艺在污泥热解气化领域的应用研究

Application Study on the Flue Gas Dust Removal Process in the Field of Sludge Pyrolysis Gasification

随着经济持续快速稳定发展,我国城镇污水处理规模日益扩大,污泥产生量也相应增加,预计到2025年,我国污泥年产生量将突破1亿t。污泥热解气化技术是传统焚烧技术的创新应用,能较好地解决污泥处置难题,真正实现污泥处置的减量化、稳定化、无害化与资源化。本文结合污泥热解气化技术的工程性应用案例,分析其烟气处理存在的问题,并探索适用于污泥热解气化的烟气除尘工艺。

With the sustained,rapid and stable development of the economy,the scale of urban sewage treatment in China is expanding day by day,and the sludge production is also increasing accordingly,it is estimated that the annual sludge production in China will exceed 100 million tons by 2025.Sludge pyrolysis gasification technology is an innovative application of traditional incineration technology,which can better solve the problem of sludge disposal,and truly realize the reduction,stabilization,harmless and resource utilization of sludge disposal.Combined with the engineering application case of sludge pyrolysis gasification technology,this paper analyzes the existing problems of its flue gas treatment,and explores the flue gas dust removal process applicable to sludge pyrolysis gasification.
