高校学生党员的培养与教育是高校党建工作的重要内容,强化高校学生党员身份认同感是高校学生党建研究者关注的重要问题之一。强化高校学生党员的身份认同感是一个体系化的工程,需遵循学生心理成长规律,从认知、情感、意志和行为四个维度全面发力:其中,认知是基础,情感是最深层的动力,意志是重要精神力量,行为是落实认知、情感和意志的最终环节,通过社会实践把学生党员身份认同感落实在行动之中,使学生党员身份认同感内化于心,外化于行。

The nurturing and education of Student Party members at colleges and universities is a vital aspect of the college and university party construction practices.It is a systematic project to improve the sense of identity of college Student Party members that must adhere to the law of students'psychological development and make full use of the four aspects of cognition,emotion,will,and action:Among them,cognition is the basis,emotion is the deepest motivation,will is the spiritual strength,and behavior is the ultimate connection to execute cognition,emotion,and will,so that the identity of Student Party members in the heart,external in practice,via social practice.
