中外合作项目课程思政协同育人的实现路径

A Study on Implementation Path of Cooperative Education in Ideological,Political Courses of Sino-Foreign Cooperation Program

中外合作办学是我国教育现代化进程不断推进的产物。要培养语言能力、专业技能和综合素质三维全面发展的国际化人才,必须推动思政课程和课程思政的协同育人,提升思政工作效能,构筑育人大格局。针对课程思政协同育人体系不健全、课程与思政教育功能脱节、教师课程思政意识和能力培训不足等现状,为实现课程思政协同育人,必须坚持政治性、同向性、求实性原则,以制度协同为基础、以课程协同为抓手、以队伍协同为保障;加强教学管理的顶层设计,创设多维立体的课程体系,构筑中西教师课程思政教学团队,最终形成育人合力的三维路径,培育德才兼备的“国际追梦人”,促进高校立德树人根本任务的完成。

Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is the product of the continuous advancement of China’s education modernization process.In order to cultivate international talents with three-dimensional allround development of language ability,professional skills and comprehensive quality.It is necessary to promote the synergistic education of ideological and political courses for and course of ideological and political education,improve the ideological and political work efficiency,and build a large pattern of education.In view of the current situation of the current situation of the imperfect education system of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference,the disconnection of the functions of the curriculum and ideological and political education,and the lack of ideological and political awareness and ability training of teachers’courses,we must adhere to the principles of political collaboration as a guarantee;strengthen the top-level design of teaching management,create a multidimensional curriculum system,build an ideological and political teaching team for Chinese and Western teachers,finally form a three-dimensional path of educating people,cultivate“international dreamers”with both morality and talent,and promote the completion of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities.Therefore,we can achieve the the co-education of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
