摘要
为实现有机化工废盐的资源化利用,以荆州市凯文生物科技有限公司产生的氯化钠型有机化工废盐为处理对象,分别采用热解和焚烧两种高温热处理方法,探索了热处理氛围、温度、时间等因素对产品盐白度和总有机碳(TOC)含量影响。研究表明:焚烧法处理对有机物去除效果更彻底,热处理最佳温度为650℃,热处理时间120 min时,结晶盐白度达到最大值84.12,TOC为27.62 mg/kg,TOC去除率达到99.98%,达到工业用盐质量标准要求,为有机化工废盐综合利用提供了理论指导。
To realize the resource utilization of organic chemical waste salt,the sodium chloride type organic chemical waste salt produced by Jingzhou Kaiwen Biotechnology Co.,Ltd was taken as a treatment object.Two high-temperature heat treatment methods,pyrolysis and incineration,were used to explore the effects of heat treatment atmosphere,temperature and time on the whiteness and total organic carbon(TOC)content of the product salt. The results show that incineration can remove organic matters more thoroughly. When the optimal heat treatment temperature is 650 ℃ and the heat treatment time is 120 min,the whiteness of crystalline salt reaches the maximum value of 84.12,TOC is 27.62 mg/kg,and TOC removal rate reaches99.98%,which meets the requirements of industrial salt quality standards. It provides theoretical guidance for comprehensive utilization of organic chemical waste salt.
