Structural Strength and Vibration Analysis of Cylindrical Mast Under Different Connection Forms

摘要 文中针对铝制筒状桅杆结构,考虑桅杆根部与甲板室顶板分别以焊接与螺栓铆接两种方式进行连接,采取有限元方法对两种连接形式下的桅杆及其所连接甲板在不同工况下的结构强度和振动进行计算分析,得到两种形式下重点关注部位的结构响应,对比确定最合适的连接方式. The structural strength and vibration of aluminum tubular mast and its connected deck under different working conditions were calculated and analyzed by finite element method, considering that the root of mast and the roof of deck room are connected by welding and bolting respectively. The structural response of the key parts under the two forms was obtained, and the most suitable connection mode was determined by comparison.
