How to Treat Cross-level Communication in Work

无论在日常工作还是项目工作中,沟通都是一项重要且复杂的活动。为了做到信息的有效传递,我们应该针对不同相关方的不同需求,制订相应的沟通计划。在项目团队所在的组织内部,我们也应该根据具体组织结构的特点和需要,制定相应合理、规范的信息传递流程与制度,以确保沟通工作的扎实和高效。但是在实践中,又确实会出现那种不按套路出牌、不按流程办事的情况,也就是所谓的越级沟通。

Cross-level communication breaks the normal information transmission path,violates the communication principles in the work and project,and may improve the communication efficiency to some extent,but it is more likely to damage the atmosphere of the organization and team,affect the relationship between superiors and subordinates,and hinder the normal flow of information.
