新时代大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化建设的五维视域

摘要 大中小学思政课教师是立德树人任务的具体落实者。思政课教师队伍一体化建设是落实这一任务的关键之举。它要求对思政课教师队伍进行全方位重塑,使之整体性效应得到更好发挥。明确建设目标一体化、教学活动一体化、科学研究协作互动、培养培训一体化和管理一体化分别为思政课教师队伍一体化建设的总指南、着力点、有力支撑、关键因素和根本保障,据此推进思政课教师队伍一体化建设。 Ideological and political teachers in primary, secondary and tertiary schools are the concrete implementers of the task of cultivating people by moral education. The integrated construction of ideological and political teachers is the key to the implementation of this task, which requires an all-round reconstruction of the teaching staff of ideological and political courses to give better play to its overall effect. It is clear that the integration of construction objectives, integration of teaching activities, cooperation of scientific research, integration of training and integration of management are the general guidance, focus, strong support, key factors and fundamental guarantee of it, further to promote the integrated construction of ideological and political teachers.
