摘要
党的二十大报告明确要求健全学校家庭社会育人机制,这对家庭落实立德树人根本任务进行了明确的指引。家庭在私德教育方面具有天然的优势,但在公德教育方面存在局限。家庭生活的私人性决定了家庭教育主要是家庭美德教育和个人美德教育。家庭教育未必是有目的、有计划的,它是一种生活化的教育,是家风熏陶的潜移默化影响、家长的言传身教、家规家训的约束教育。打造有道德的家庭生活,加强家风建设,提高家长素质,成为家庭教育落实立德树人根本任务的关键。
Families have natural advantages in private moral education, but there are limitations in public moral education. The private nature of family life determines that family education is mainly the education of family virtues and personal virtues. Family education may not be purposeful and planned. It is a kind of life-oriented education, the subtle influence of family style, the words and deeds of parents, and the education constrained by family rules and family instructions. Building a moral family life, strengthening the construction of family style and improving the quality of parents have become the key to family education.
