Value, Transmutation, Challenge and Path: A Probe Into the Consciousness of Chinese National Community in the Network Space

网络空间作为一种“虚拟的实在”“流动的质”,是社会空间的赓续之“域”、空间拓新的创新之“进”,是同现实空间迥然相异的全新空间样态。解读网络空间铸牢中华民族共同体意识的价值意蕴,审思其智理哲思,可见网络空间具有强化精神体认、凝聚共识、固本培元等方面的价值意涵。面对新时代传播格局的历史嬗变及主流意识传播的境遇挑战,我们必须在多维考量网络空间正面外溢效应的基础上,丰富网络传播方式以提升主流意识传播实效,搭建多元信息传播渠道以增强共同体意识“软传播”,加强信息交流共享以戳破网络虚假谣言,健全网络法制法规以构筑网络强制保障,从而形成中华民族共同体意识“飞入寻常百姓家”的常态化境况,为新时代筑梦复兴积聚力量。

As a kind of “virtual reality” and “flowing quality”, cyberspace is the continuous “domain” of social space, the “progress” of space innovation, and a completely new spatial pattern different from real space. In interpreting the value implication of cyberspace in consolidating the consciousness of Chinese national community, and reflecting its wisdom and philosophy, the value implication of cyberspace namely strengthening spiritual awareness, building consensus, strengthening the foundation and cultivating vitality were shown. In the face of the historical evolution of the communication pattern in the new era and the challenges faced by the dissemination of mainstream consciousness, on the basis of multi-dimensional consideration of the positive spillover effect of cyberspace, we must enrich the network communication methods to enhance the effectiveness of the dissemination of mainstream consciousness, expand the network communication channels to build multiple information communication channels, strengthen information exchange and sharing to break the false rumors on the network, and improve the network legal system and regulations to build a network mandatory guarantee. So as to form the normalized situation of Chinese national community consciousness and gather strength for the dream building and rejuvenation of the new era.
