人力资本视角下高职院校创新创业教育路径探索

Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Human Capital

新旧人口红利转折期,高职院校创新创业教育已经成为经济发展从劳动密集型向创新驱动型和人力资本驱动型转变的重要基因。因此,深化创新创业教育改革是开发积累外显性与内隐性人力资本,促进创新创业高质量发展的核心推动力。目前高职大学生创新创业教育面临创新意识与创新能力薄弱、人岗与能岗匹配度不高以及就业结构性矛盾突出的现实困境。为此,基于人力资本视角,在科学解读新阶段创新创业教育基本内涵、外部环境变迁与时代诉求基础上,提出应从发挥创新基因并树立新发展理念、增强内在驱力并升级内容新架构、强化链接能力并提升内部支撑力、夯实政校企协同并聚焦外部合力等四个方面优化高职院校创新创业教育发展境况,全面提升多元人力资本水平。

During the transition period of the old and new demographic dividend, innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges has become an important gene for the transformation of economic development from labor-intensive to innovation-driven and human capital-driven. Therefore, deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform is the core driving force to develop and accumulate external explicit and implicit human capital and promote the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship. At present, the innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students in higher vocational colleges is faced with the practical dilemma of weak innovation consciousness and innovation ability,low matching degree of personnel post and ability post, and prominent structural contradiction of employment.Therefore, based on the perspective of human capital, on the basis of scientific interpretation of the basic connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the new stage, and changes in the external environment and the demands of the times, it is proposed that we should give play to the innovation gene to establish a new development concept, enhance the internal drive to upgrade the new content structure,strengthen the linking ability to improve the internal support. The development situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges should be optimized by consolidating the government,school and enterprise cooperation and focusing on external forces, so as to comprehensively enhance the level of diversified human capital.
