“1+X”幼儿照护证书制度下高职早期教育课证融通路径研究

Research on the Way of Integrating the 1+X Child Care Certificate into the Training of Early Education Talents in Higher Vocational Education

“1+X”证书制度的提出对职业教育的改革和发展具有重要的影响,幼儿照护等级证书考核对早期教育专业的教师和学生都提出了更高的要求,必须改革原有的人才培养方案,把理论知识与职业技能紧密结合,突出知识的实践运用能力,从而为社会发展提供技术技能型人才。从高职早期教育专业人才培养面临的困境入手,分析了“1+X”幼儿照护对早期教育专业人才培养的启示,提出了早期教育专业与“1+X”幼儿照护课证融通的途径。

The introduction of the “1 +X” certificate system has an important impact on the reform and development of vocational education. The assessment of the early child care level certificate has put forward higher requirements for teachers and students in the early education major. It is necessary to reform the original talent training program and make the theoretical knowledge closely combine with vocational skills, highlight the practical application ability of knowledge, so as to provide technical and skilled talents for social development.This article starts with the difficulties faced by the training of early childhood education specialty in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the integration strategy of “1+X” child care and early education professional talent training. Then, taking H school as an example, it proposes the way of integrating the “1+X” certificate into curriculum teaching of early childhood education specialty.
