高职劳动教育是落实党教育方针的基本要求,也是实现立德树人目标的重要环节。由于当前高职院校对劳动教育的目标认识不清晰,原则把握不准确,致使劳动教育实施存在内涵认识不充分、教学体系不完善、师资队伍不专业、评价机制不科学等问题。需明确高职劳动教育目标,遵循系统性、实践性、求实性、主体性、时代性五大原则,通过完善劳动教育课程体系,创新劳动教育形式内容,加强劳动教育师资建设,革新劳动教育评价制度,促进劳动教育“三方”联动,打造劳动氛围校园文化等路径,全面提升高职劳动教育实施效果。

Labor education in higher vocational colleges is the basic requirement for implementing the Party’s education policy, and also an important link to achieve the goal of morality and talent cultivation. Due to the unclear understanding of the goals of labor education in higher vocational colleges and the inaccurate grasp of its principles, the development of labor education has problems such as insufficient understanding of connotation, imperfect teaching system, unprofessional teaching staff, and unscientific evaluation mechanism. It is necessary to clarify the goals of higher vocational labor education, follow the five principles of systematization, practice, truth-seeking, subjectivity and the times. And then we will comprehensively improve the effectiveness of higher vocational labor education by improving the curriculum system of labor education,innovating its form and content, strengthening the construction of labor education teachers, innovating the evaluation system of labor education, promoting the “triple” linkage, and creating a campus culture full of labor atmosphere.
