“工匠学堂”育人的实现路径与方法探索

Exploration of the Path and Method of Realization on the “Craftsman School” Education

“实体经济”是我国经济发展确定的一个战略方向和目标,“大国工匠”的提出是为了配合“实体经济”战略目标的实现,没有“实体经济”的需求,难有“大国工匠”人才的涌现,没有一定数量和质量的“大国工匠”,就难以形成“实体经济”的基本态势。职业技术教育的蓬勃兴起让“工匠精神”再度成为时代航标。“工匠学堂”的育人概念、思维和方式明确了职业技术教育的方向就是培育“大国工匠”,但如何确立“大国工匠”的培育目标,如何转变职业技术人才的培养模式,使之成为高职院校育人的基本理念和标准并贯穿教育教学全过程,是摆在高校尤其是高职院校面前的一道难题。以宁波职业技术学院为例,基于规划“工匠学堂”育人路径,通过探索分析,继而形成初步的经验和方法。

The “real economy” is a strategic direction and goal determined by China’s economic development.The “big country craftsman” is proposed again to coordinate with the realization of the strategic goal of the“real economy”. Without the demand of the “real economy”, it is difficult to have the “big country craftsman”talents emerging. Without a certain number and quality of “big country craftsman”, it is difficult to form the basic situation of the “real economy”. The vigorous rise of vocational and technical education has once again made the “craftsman spirit” a beacon of the times. The concept, thinking and way of educating people in the“Craftsman School” has made it clear that the direction of vocational and technical education is to cultivate“big country craftsmen”. However, how to define the cultivation goal of “big country craftsmen”, how to change the cultivation mode of vocational and technical talents, make it become the basic concept and standard of educating people in higher vocational colleges and run through the whole process of education and teaching,is a difficult problem in colleges and universities, especially in higher vocational colleges. Based on the planning of the “craftsman school” education path, this paper explores and analyzes through model construction,and then forms effective experience and methods.
