摘要
当前,职教师资培养目标趋向精准但定位仍有出入、模式趋向多元但体系仍需优化、成效渐次提升但有效供给仍存落差。对此,要从职教师资的核心特质出发,在深刻认识其面临的形势基础上,以明确培养目标、提高生源质量、优化师资结构、提升职业认同、凝聚培育合力和增加有效供给等为抓手,切实提高职教师资培养质量。
At present, the training goals of vocational teachers tend to be accurate but the positioning is still different. The models tend to be diversified but the system still needs to be optimized, and the effective results are gradually improved but there is still a gap in effective supply. In this regard, we should start from the core characteristics of vocational teachers, on the basis of a deep understanding of the situation they are facing, to take clear training objectives, improve the quality of student sources, optimize the structure of teachers,enhance professional identity, bring cohesion into cultivation and increase effective supply, and effectively improve the quality of vocational teacher training.
